Welcome to Nagpur Web Design. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Scope
We provide static website design, speed optimization, and technical SEO schema services. All projects are executed under a detailed, written Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon during onboarding.
2. Price & Flat-Rate Proposals
All service quotes are flat-rate proposals based on scope parameters. Once signed, the price remains fixed unless you request modifications that fall outside the initial Statement of Work.
3. Code & Asset Ownership
Upon receipt of final project payment, full ownership of the website's custom compiled code (flat HTML/CSS files) and visual assets is transferred to the client. Nagpur Web Design retains no licensing rights or veto power over your domain or hosting.
4. Indian Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
